I wish to congratulate Dr. Dogbe for doing the right thing for the eye clinic. Ghana must really be proud to have this kind of premier facility to be the go-to-place for many eye-care solutions -including, I hear, retina detachment resolution. I am reading this at my house in Texas, USA and beaming will glee and pride that Ghana is gradually maturing in competitive health care. Ghanaians have a duty of care to protect, maintain, and preserve this facility as if their very lifes depended on it. Hurray !! Ghana.
