  A BAD DIET and a bad diet predispose expectant mothers to poor reproductive health. This explains why a woman in labor will bleed to death or have the uterus rapture. The pregnant women are mostly malnourished because of bad eating habits and the wrong information they receive in nutrition.
  The other problem is poor personal hygiene and constipation which prevent the normal descent of the fetal head during labor.
  The rampant use of oxytoxic drugs in the presence of the above makes a bad situation worse. If the woman is seriously constipated the oxytoxin can easily rupture the uterus. Good prenatal education is seriously needed. Bco, Folic acid and iron are not helping these pregnant people.
