A good scheme but expensive as it is not a family package.If I should subscribe to the scheme,I cannot sustain payments due to my many dependants.

Either the Government of Ghana takes care of their own or Ghanaians in Ghana take care of themselves. We don't make enough money overseas to take care of ourselves, our children and all those lazy relatives in Ghana who only know how to make babies.

I like this proposed Premier Health Insurance. It would free some of us from impromptu sending money home for real health problems and manufactured health problems.
I hope patients won't be told, that that there are no medicines except APC and codeine.

OPPONG Kwasi, its not scam. I subscribed to it since 2014. My wife and children are on it. A good scheme it is. I am benefiting a lot. Since I subscribed to PHI I have my family have stop using NHIS facilities.

When in hospital look at the color of the folders there. The pink folder is that of PHI. And you would be treated special and even be served hot chocolate drink / tea. You would not be delayed at the hospital. I and my family ... read full comment

You would not be delayed at the hospital. I and my family have stopped using NHIS Cards. When my wife gave birth through cs, and spent some days at the ward, I paid nothing.
