    Its a good stuff posted.But how many poor people like us can buy two apples a day to improve our health.Good God Ghana we are dying in silence without any cheap health care

    Keep trying to adjust to the 45 - 60 grams of carbs per meal. And make up the rest with vegetables and meat or proteins like beans. I have been living with diabetes for over 20 years and still working hard at it, good luck
