Did the NPP not run through the rafters telling the whole world that they had all the brains to find money locally to give meaning to all their “Mills & Boons” promises and that they SHALL NEVER look outside for any funding to operate?

Let me advice you that it is only on 1st August that you have case to put it across. Let 31st July elapse because the government can still let you start work on 31st July. This is simple logic.

How many left for June to end for them to start work on 1st July and you are here saying 31st July. Did the minister say work begins on 1st July or 31st July?
