  Anyone paying attention can clearly see that Didi is out of ideas and really doesn't have a clue when it comes to player development or preparing for continental campaigns.Duncan on the other hand has shown his experience by rescuing Hearts with a bunch of rag tag demoralized players.He instilled discipline which forced the incorrigible Bra Laryea in line and he put the welfare of the team ahead of smooching with the big wigs of the team.We need Duncan or one like him for a long term tenure to help rebuild and reequip for future assignments both at home and continental.Didi has served us well but we need more than he can provide so thank God his contract is over.Buy the man a nice parting ways gift and allow his very competent deputy to fill in as the interim coach while we finalize a contract with Duncan or his equivalent.WE SHOULDN'T WAIT TILL IT IS TOO LATE!!!
