Central Regional Youth Organiser of the NDC, Eric Dadson, says the suspension of Former Central Regional Chairman, Allotey Jacobs, won't in any way stop the party from attaining victory in the upcoming elections.

He said the suspension will rather aid the party to steadily execute an effective electioneering to recapture power from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government.

“The suspension has motivated all of us and made us battle-ready to execute an effective and efficient electioneering to recapture power from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government,” he said

He added that the NDC cannot afford to participate in the 2020 election with disobedient members and for that matter, there was the need to activate its disciplinary structures whenever a member failed to act in accordance with the regulations of the party.

According to Eric Dadson, Allotey Jacob’s suspension will enhance continuous discipline in the party, particularly among bigwigs.

“The suspension of our former chairman is in the right direction as it will instill a high sense of discipline in the party,” he identified.
