A group calling itself Bolgatanga Bull Dogs (BBD) has warned the Invincible Security Forces who have hijacked the New Patriotic Party’s headquarters to vacate the premises else they will incur their wrath.
The ‘Invincibles’ have ‘banned’ the national chairman Paul Afoko and general secretary Kwabena Agyepong from coming to the party’s national headquarters at Asylum Down following calls by incensed supporters for the duo to resign.
Afoko and Agyepong are being blamed for the killing of the Upper East regional chairman of the NPP Alhaji Adams Mahama last week.
The commander of the Bolgatanga Bull Dogs Reginald Yussif Ayikambe said they will be ruthless and robust on the security at the headquarters if they do not allow Afoko and Agyepong to entry to the premises.
“They [Invincibles] think they are living in heaven now, we’ll show them they are living in hell,” Ayikambe charged in an interview on Anopa Kasapa with host Fiifi Banson on Friday.
He said they are not giving “anyone an ultimatum” but they will storm the party’s headquarters in a “guerilla warfare”.
“We don’t fear cutlass, guns or anything,” Ayikambe said on Kasapa FM. “We’ll deal with them. Just 15 of us, when we get to Accra. They should allow Afoko and Agyepong to work else we’ll attack them.”
The BBD group, according to Ayikambe, was formed by the late Hawa Yakubu to defend the party’s interest at polling stations.
