The flagbearer of the Convention People’s Party, Ivor Kobina Greenstreet has described as the “height of indiscipline” persons who go round writing his name and slogan on walls and other public places as a show of support for him. Mr. Greenstreet said “I have seen it and I’m not happy at all.
I’ve been trying to track down those engaging in this activity, I’m not happy at all, that’s the height of indiscipline. I’ve commented on it on numerous occasions.
“We have even set up people and teams to try and find out who these over exuberant youth are, going round engaging in this activity. Absolutely unacceptable.
They should stop it all.” Mr. Greenstreet said these when he addressed party supports and the nation on TV3’s The Platform, a political program to allow flagbearers to sell their message and policy direction to the electorate and the country.
He was answering questions about the causes of indiscipline and how a CPP government would deal with those issues. Ghana has been waging a never ending on indiscipline and this has raised concerns amongst many Civil Society organisations.
