Disqualified presidential hopeful and flagbearer of the All Peoples Congress Hassan Ayariga says he is ready to go to any extent including placing an injunction on the elections if EC chair Charlotte Osei doe not play by the rules in the upcoming December polls.
Hassan Ayariga who was disqualified from contesting the upcoming elections over irregularities in his nomination form says he will ensure an injunction is placed on the electoral process if it is discovered that an administrative error has been made on any pink sheet by an EC official.
Hassan Ayariga is one of thirteen Presidential aspirants who were disqualified from the presidential race following anomalies with their submitted nominated forms.
There have been accusations of bias by the EC as some of the disqualified aspirants allege that other aspirants who made similar errors on their nomination forms have been cleared to contest the elections.
Already, two of the aspirants have filed writs in court challenging the decision by the Electoral Commission. The PPP's Papa Kwesi Nduom and the NDP's Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings are confident they will be cleared by the legal process to contest in this year's elections.
