You did not tell us if the MP in question won or lost.
That was where the events were leading up to!
They hooted at him because he could NOT loot enough money to pay money to the delegates.
Ghana has a problem.
Whoever pay more gets the votes. Whoever pay less or none is voted against and hooted at.
