  Please do away with the delegate system now.
  Let any registered party member vote. The party can offset the election cost by using part of the filing fee from aspirants and by prudent planning of the polling centers and collation.
  Vote by any card bearing member will be more credible, less manipulative, much less costly for contestants and better yardstick for determining the party's fortunes in the general elections.
