Wasn’t it this same John Kumah who stood up in Parliament and shouted loudly that the govt will ‘not go to IMF today or tomorrow’ only for the country to wake up few days after and hear Akufo Addo announced that he had instructed the Finance Minister to go to the IMF for bailout loan for Ghana? John Kumah sat in a sinking boat and did not know it was being submerged. Indeed they do things by magic wands, Alice’s in wonderland (‘wand’ land for that matter).
