Btw, I have always asked if those shares couldn't be sold by the govt just as the rigs, and the "lost" amount of less than $300k realised (meagre sum compared to what he and Sam Jonah in particular lost in those derivatives deals)? As we're at it, let me ask if some people shouldn't be prosecuted for the humongous judgment debts incurred for recklessly and negligently cancelling those power contracts? One alone is over a whooping $140m!
