But for a continous period of 19 years PNDC/NDC could not transform Ghana because you had no vision. What you managed to do was to put all the industries established by Nkrumah on divestiture. Neither the military regime nor Busia's Progress Party did this. So what vision does the NDC have at all that you seek to rule again after the botched second chance of 8 years that Ghana graciously gave you?
