He is not assertive to make important decisions as president and that is why his incompetent political appointees have stayed on too long to destroy the economy. Any competent leader would have sensed the incompetence of some of his appointees, including Ofori-Atta and Amoako-Atta to have removed them earlier instead of being timid and waiting for over 5 years to reshuffle some of them. He will end up as the most incompetent president Ghana would ever have. It is so sad he has no shame in addition to his incompetence and corruption.
