  What is a beggar President to do when he has been warned by the USA that signing that bill into law will cause his calabash to go dry? Naturally, he quivers, and then tries to find a way out of signing that bill into law by using the Supreme Court as his escape card. The ananse tricks just keep jumping out, but it's beginning to look like the trickster is finally running out of new tricks.

  Parliament has embarrassed itself and the nation with this foolish anti-LGBTQ hate bill. The world laughs at their stupidity. On the other hand, opportunist in Parliament have found an issue to distract their constituents away from doing anything meaningful to improve the lives of the average Ghanaian. Instead they have for anew issue to grift on to raise money for their election campaign archest. so, maybe those MPs are smart after all - in all the ways we would expect a Ghana MP to be - corrupt and self-serving.

  A country that has serious economic problems, instead of our MPs assisting the government to develop and implement policies that will pull the country out of the difficult situation, they have rather come up with this useless unproductive bill. How can criminalising LGBTQ+ help Ghana to develop? If you criminalise LGBTQ+ will it solve our energy problems, put food on our table, solve free SHS and health problems etc? We have a bunch of idiots parading as MPs and engaging in all manner of stupidity. I weep for Ghana.
