  The speaker is usurping the power of an elected official which he is not. Ghanaians did not vote for this man. He has no mandate to misbehave the way he is acting. After December, he will be no more. Good riddance!

  That impasse can solved by the President and his advisors refraining from playing ananse games with Parliament. How can one run to the Supreme Court to seek relief regarding a bill that has not yet been signed into law? The Attorney General who ought to know better also became a part of this deceptive move by advising the President to refrain from signing the bill till the court makes a decision. That process is a as much a sham process as Akufo-Addo's false claim about entering into a pact with God to fleece tax payers to build his sham national cathedral. The Court has no right to decide on a matter that is premature, for that bill is a law that the court can address. Accepting the case means the court is now getting into a position where it can dictate to parliament which bills to pass. Courts should be debating the constitutionality of a law, not a bill that has not yet been signed into law.
