This pathological liar must be told that he cannot take diasporans for a fool. How many times in the last 7 years has he mentioned the impotence of Ghanaians in the diaspora? We become "important" in ONLY in election year. Other than our financial support, what is our importance to Ghanaian politicians?

Bawumia went around in 2012, begging for money to run his and Akufo Addo's campaign at the time, even $500 dollars was worth driving 50km for. Today, he goes around churches and donate large sums of money. He claim to have financed major projects with "his own" money. If he has that much money, why is he counting on financial support from the diasporans? Can Bawumia tell us a single Initiative he has championed that bring value to Ghanainas in the diaspora? Can we vote? Can we present ourselves to run for seats in Parliament? The last I checked, he and his government are bent on to send to jail the Ghanaian Canadian who won a parliamentary seat in the 2020 elections.

Nobody in the diaspora should waste their hard-earned money on these greedy politicians who have ran Ghana into the gutters; in doing so, they have enriched themselves.

I regret the time I took off work to be with this liar when he visited Canada in 2012.
