  The question one might ask is why appoint the Sam’s person to be Attorney General and Minister of Justice?
  Under Akuffo Addo , he has created new and useless ministries with each being headed by a minister , first deputy minister and second deputy minister but this very important ministry that should have been separated and independent is combined into one ministry . Ghana needs one person to be the attorney general and another the minister of justice.
