Bullying using soldiers to win for you in certain constituencies ? Come one , you didn’t make the mark otherwise the chief justice would have allowed EC chair account to the people of Ghana . For this the former CJ must be prosecuted for not allowing accountability of the electoral results thereby causing financial loss to the state
