  You've been in gov't since 2017, what have you done for these persons with disability over the past 7 years and you now finds it important to open a secretariat for them? Will the openning of the secretariat address their challenges? You've stifle the district assembly common fund for 7 yrs, denying these people access to the disability fund. Now is election, you want to f**l them to get their votes.

  This is another example of how this political party sees themselves as extremely clever than the rest of the citizens. Dr. Kwame Nkrumah established this rehabilitation program for Persons with Disabilities in Ghana just after Independence in most of the Regions. This program under the Social Welfare System was destroyed by the fore- fathers of the NPP after the overthrow of Dr. Nkrumah’s government. Those who were capable of doing something were encouraged. You people are now going back to start what you ruined many years ago. What a shame. Is this a National program or some cantankerous program of the NPP to syphon state resources?
