Now under the NPP, not only chalk is lacking in our Basic schools, but, common registers, lesson note books, textbooks,etc. Capitation grants for schools are in areas for almost 2years.

Go to the Schools and find out the difficulties the Headteachers are going through keeping the schools running. The meagre Capitation Grant (10 cedis per head per annum) is in arrears for 8 Teaches by the close of the 2nd term of 2023/2024 academic year.
