It's called creating opportunities, enabling environment for businesses, entrepreneurs, people who have the drive to create jobs to take advantage of low energy tariffs, enhanced security systems that will go along with thriving businesses. This is exactly the function of Gov't not just collecting, collecting taxes which in turn stifles economy. It's not mandatory for every business to do 24hr shifts and if it's not mandatory then what at all can be so bad about this idea that is causing so much hatred.
