  NDC, you are too dull and dumb to see through the wicked plans of the EC and NPP. Why are the parties not allowed the take note of the serial numbers of the BRvs used for the registration exercise? God please save Ghana from these criminals

  I'm soryy to, but it seems some of our policy makers are putting the cart before the horse.
  
  Because, any form of digitalization requires a very reliable digital infrastructure (computers, printers, scanners, network etc), very qualified IT professionals and very constant electric power suuplies.
  
  If any of these breaks the chain, the whole fails.
  
  Rather unfortunately in Ghana, almost always at least one of the components in the chain breaks.
