True that alot of Ghanians live in Togo. We even hear of people having part of their house in Ghana and part Togo. My Children were born in a different country but they can legally vote in Ghana because of me.

Hopeson is just lying through his teeth. How would a Ghanaian cross the border into Togo and cause explosions with a dynamite without the Togolese authorities taking any actions. This is subversion and the Togolese government can take Ghana to the international court of justice for this crime.
However I believe Hopeson did this act in the Volta region in the areas bordering Togo to cause fear and panic among the voltarians so that they couldn’t vote for the NDC . That was Hopeson’s way sanctioned by the NPP to disenfranchise the voltarians in exercising their voting rights.
This is a case for the NDC to investigate since this action by Hopeson could have affected their votes in the Volta region. This is ridiculous and Hopeson must be investigated by the security agents because his action could have triggered a response from the Togolese government.
