  Appointing a running mate could be so easy, if each party had two candidates. With two candidates you get a president and a vice, elected at the polls.

  It is obvious that the towering personality of the NDC VP candidate, Naana Opoku Agyeman, has stalemated the NPP as well as all the other parties from coming out with a personality of equivalent stature.
  
  In fact she outweighs even, all the known Presidential candidates including the sitting President and if she can continue to keep herself above the pettiness and cheap internal wrangling of her own party and indeed the general political climate of the country, who knows, we might just yet be looking at a future President and the one who will save this country from the mess we find ourselves in.

  Hmmm, this delay of the NPP in naming a running mate to Bawumia in the up coming December elections is a dangerous mistake; definitely whoever is mentioned, like the NDC's choice of Prof Jane Opoku-Agyemang, will come under scrutiny and some attack;how will the NPP Party manage the outcome and settle for serious campaigning after. Interesting days ahead.
