That means he illegally voted in 2020 when his name was not in the voter register, without an ID card and no biometric identifications. This criminal an EC officials who unlawfully allowed him to vote and wrote his name with ink at the bottom of the register his must be arrested and prostituted. This carries custodial sentence and 5 years ban from voting in any election organised by EC. Can Godfred Dame see to this one too?
