If any government knows that the time specified for being in office is four years and willing runs for that position without complaining, then that government has no business crying about a lack of sufficient time to carry out its policies even after being in office for eight years. Ghana is being held back not because of the number of years a government spends in office, but because of the government officials' thievery, plunder, mismanagement, outright greed and their complete of lack of any sense of nation-building. If these thieving bastards can cause so much havoc while fattening their stomachs and wallets in a matter of four years at the helm of government, then there's no reason for crying that eight years aren't enough for any government to successfully implement its policies.

NPP = général Law enforcement & Government oriented!!
NDC = Economics & citizens oriented!!
That's why the hardship under this government is remarkable, they didn't start with upgrading and helping the economy, but started to enforce all the Government institutions and invest in that area..
That's the main reason why nobody likes this government, and indeed 8 years delay in our economical development is ENOUGH!! Time to change strategy if not we will not get the needed balance between citizens & government development
