This is what we call … “All lie, be lie.”
This so-called “progressively free” mantra is neither here nor there, it won’t wash. How many students got admission to SHS under that programme, and what happened to those who were denied? Obviously waiting for the mediocre nkoko and preko nketenkete, okada and kayayei head-pans. We can’t make any meaningful progress as a country with this mindset.

If it was indeed the NDC that started free education in Ghana, progressively as they claim, with some category of students, then what about the free education in the north, started by Nkrumah, was it not also a form of progressively free education by means testing?

Absolutely free SHS is the ultimate and a bold solution for the future. The clueless and faint hearted shuddered away from it, but the bold dared, giving an additional whopping number of 600,000 otherwise would be drop-outs access to SHS/TVET and opportunities for brighter future.

In fact your boss said that Ghana must not implement free SHS on the whimsical promise of a desperate politician and that if he has two million Ghana cedis, he will not put into that policy. How are you then going to improve upon something you don't believe it. You have also said it's Akuffo Addo's legacy and so you won't continue. You couldn't even provide chalk. How can you improve it
