    Alban Bagbin says there is no such bill before parliament, and Atto Forson also says the bill must be withdrawn from parliament, so which is which?

    The bill was rightly laid before Parliament and was admitted by the Rt. Hon. Speaker ASK Babgbin. He should apologize to Ghanaians for peddling falsehood.
