Allontey Jacobs, the ruling by the Appeal Court is a victory for that stupid boy Godfred Dame than Ato Forson. The revelations on the secret tape is more damaging to the Ghana legal profession. What Godfred Dame did was very criminal especially as the head of the Ghana Bar. On the tape he said he would compromise the judge and other judges and asked Richard Jakpa to feign sickness.. How many rulings has he done this way? There must be forensic audit of all Godfred Dame's prosecutions. The Appeal Court ruled to save the Ghana Bar Association from embarassment.

So what absolves Jakpa from being held responsible and possibly gotten prosecuted for the fraud that company unleashed on our country? And in what capacity did Jakpa helped brokered the deal that won the bidding for the contract on behalf of the said company?
