They machines have GPS Tracking fix on them so that they can tell where each machine is. But as wicked as Ghanaians, they may not even care to monitor where these machines will be at a particular time. Yes, Ghanaians are wicked and evil beings. They best thing is to set up a neutral monitoring team to oversee they use of these machines. They should be monitored by these teams to make sure they are not diverted for personal use.

How many years have NPP been power? They could have set systems in place but because they are all corrupt they never did. This shouting! But as wicked as Ghanaians, they may not even care to monitor where these machines will be at a particular time. Yes, Ghanaians are wicked and evil beings. They best thing is to set up a neutral monitoring team to oversee they use of these machines. They should be monitored by these teams to make sure they are not diverted for personal use.
