  I drove from Winneba to Akosombo recently on a rainy evening and 90 percent of the road has faded markings. From Kasoa toll booth through the N1, Motorway,Tema to Michel Camp right to Akosombo. Yet every year we spend money on floats to launch Road Safety Week.
