When I hear assertions as stipulated by our Finland brother, I cringe. He is quick to credit Prez Kufour with Eurojet without knowing or stating the facts. It's a fact that Eurojet Invest approached the Kufour administration and proposed to look for funding to build about 7 hospitals for Ghana if only Ghana was prepared to provide a guarantee. That govt readily agreed. However that arrangement fell through due to circumstances beyond the contractors. They couldn't secure that funding. When the NDC came to power in 2008, the same contractors approached the new govt with a similar proposal, which was in line with that govt health policies at that time. An agreement was reached, guarantee was provided and funding was secured by both the NDC govt and the contractors. That explains why all those projects began during the NDC regime especially during JM's time. The MNS hospitals were signed, funding secured and started by JM. The 1st to be completed was the state-of-the-art facility at Dodowa. There are many more but I have showed you just one. Let us pls research before we speak about issues.
