To truly uplift a nation, Mahama's approach should be less about hunting through a rogues' gallery with a vengeance and more about implementing systemic reforms with precision (as being proposed by Dr. Bawumia). Think less 'Pirates of the Caribbean' and more 'Parks and Recreation'. After all, effective leadership is less about swinging the sword of Damocles and more about wielding the scalpel of justice careful, measured, and, yes, perhaps a bit less dramatic.
