The EC chair and other members in the hall frown their eyes when the NDC was at the commission to submit the nomination form of Mahama. One of the ordinary member of the commission addressed the NDC delegation and I have no problem with that. However, the EC chair and her colleagues were all smiling and the Jean A Mensah eventually addressed the Bawumia group herself to their delight.
