Nonesense! If his assertion is true, then we have to embrace ourselves for multiple reruns because no matter how you run the elections, some people will make mistakes with the ballot. Does it mean that we have to "always" do a rerun when even a single ballot is wasted? What I will rather recommend is that the EC and plethora NGOs in Ghana must embark of civic education about voting in order not to have wasted ballots. Afari Gyan, have you forgotten what you did in 1992, and 1996? Well, we still remember your evil deeds, but we have forgiven you. Please enjoy your retirement, and stop throwing stones onto the field. Shame on you.

They have so much contaminated elections in such a way that no election shall ever be accepted in Ghana as valid and genuinely conducted.
