Admittedly, the FREE SHS policy has been badly implemented by the Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government and as such the country is deriving any value for mon̈ey. Mahama's desire is to improve the FREE SHS so that our children will get quality education and not quantity. How can one who desires to improve a bad situation be deemed as being against it?
