Ashantis will support your NDC if and only when your members stop insulting Ashantis and the Asantehene unnecessarily. I was gobsmacked recently when one pro-NDC blogger, Freemind or so, and his supporters recently denigrated the Asantehene for questioning in a jovial manner why the NDC do not frequent his palace when they are in opposition. This harmless statement was just to assure the NDC that they are free to be in his palace anytime and not when they are only in government.

The NDC people subjected the Asantehene to so much humiliation including calling him a village chief and a galamseyer. I didn't know they have so much hatred for the Asantehene like that. Anyway, it seems the NDC people cannot ask for Ashantis to vote for them when they hate them so much. Quite surprisingly too, the leaders have not asked for the attacks to stop.
