So, what is the total voters register? When did the EC start using 2% of provisional register and not 5% of final? Incompetence?
This is serious. Ballot papers should be printed from the data from the final register. EC beware
Ballot paper statistics should be based on FINAL register and not PROVISIONAL register. EC is on a rigging rampage and must be stopped.
You lost the public's trust a long time ago. You are now just another arm of the NPP. The NDC will go to the elections with our own referee.
What is the total number of voters on the provisional register? EC must do the needful of providing the public with adequate information.
Provisional register, voter turn out wont be 100% then you add 2%, enough room to rig. just add votes in the box because there is 2% excess and some will not vote.
