There is no law forcing the speaker to uphold the Supreme Court decision.
The speaker must appealed the decision of the injunction.
Parliament is not under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and therefore the Supreme Court has no power to interfere in the matters of parliament. This cannot hold.
Exactly what the brain-dead NPP supporters are struggling to comprehend.
Separation of power allows the judiciary to perform its duty of interpretation and stopping any decision by the Legislature or Executive that contravenes provisions of the constitution.
