The Supreme Court is an extension of the NPP administration. It is a political body and not a legal institution to resolve constitutional disputes. I hated the idea of the NDC appointing more judges to balance out but I am seriously in favour of it now. We can’t have a democracy where the executive and the courts function dependently.
