So which opposition party in their right senses will opt for courts that dispense injustice. This is how horrible Akuffo Addo has destroyed Ghana beyond recovery.

  The most strategy and Effective way For the speaker to communicate loud and Bold to the Chief Justice to avoid meddling in the internal operations of Parliament is to exact his authority. The speaker has already made a definitive ruling. It lies in the bosom of the speaker to admit the members back to Parliament through a statement or directives from speaker after supreme court. The Best way out for the speaker is to start Parliament on the next sitting with a call for prayers on the commencement day of Parliamentary proceedings, do a bit of corrections of previous sittings and quickly adjourn Parliament to a two weeks period. When the two weeks elapsed, another adjournment to another two weeks. THESE HARD CORE TACTICS to be adopted and sustained until the so call determination of the so called constitutional interpretation.
  ENOUGH of the Judicial tyranny.

Besides, we have about one month, three weeks to elections so why the rush. They should concentrate on winning the general elections and stop being petty.

  Ghanaians may interpret Mahama’s decision not to go to the Supreme Court after the 2024 election as weakness or timidity but far from it .
  Mahama knows his victory is just a one touch but if the NPP with collusion of the EC attempt to subvert the will of the people , he will not take the case to the Supreme Court because these justices will give victory to the NPP to make it seem credible that they really won the election. If that happens we the people of Ghana will take the case to the SC and it will not be pretty . Enough is enough of the partisan politics by the Supreme Court .
