It is a strategy those lawless pigs decided to use to render Bagbin ineffective, after they saw they no more had an overwhelming majority and lost the speakership too, they knew they run the supreme court and executive, so could easily combined those two force and abuse power to make the opposition useless, All they needed to do is if something was YES they should just let their chief justice and Npp judges rule that it was a by force NO, and they were good to go. HOW DOES EVEN A CLASS ONE KID TELL ANY HUMAN BEING THAT IT'S REASONABLE FOR A UNIVERSITY GRADUATE TO SEEK FOR AN INTERPRETATION OF, A MENBER OF PARLIAMENT AUTOMATICALLY LOSES HIS/HER SEAT WHEN HE/SHE LEAVES THE PARTY OF WHICH HE OR SHE WAS ELECTED TO PARLIAMENT, AND DECIDE TO REMAIN IN PARLIAMENT AS AN INDEPENDENT MEMBER. The only literate who will run to court to seek for an interpretation to this, is only a person whose brother is the judge and so knows he will have a fixed one way verdict in his favour, that is the only logical explanation to it. If you come to power and don't imprison and lock up these crooks like the chicken and goats that they are, you will have some of us to contend with. These crooks have destroyed everything democracy that Ghana had, no one apart from themselves, believes in the justice system again, and if you are in a countty that your last source of hope of getting justice is also now hopeless, imagine war the people are going through. Imagine one of Mahama's ministers had wanted to buy even just one State owned hotel, how these crooks and rogues would have turned Ghana upside down? Today they are doing it with impunity with no regards for anybody but still wants to retain power, that's the most annoying part.

In Kofi Adams' warped thinking, the NPP Parliamentarians should disrespect and undermine the nation's Supreme Court and rather obey the Speaker of Parliament who is, himself, subservient to the Supreme Court and the Constitution. If, indeed, Kofi Adams does not know that the Supreme Court has the sole responsibility for interpretation of the Constitution, he has no business being in the august House, calling himself a Parliamentarian.
