  If npp has done all that why has the production of cocoa fallen down from 960 ,000 metric tons in 2016 to less than 500,000 in 2024?

  Liarmia and Akuf Akwatia have done so much for cocoa farmers. The cocoa farmers responded by stopping farming resulting in 450,000 tons of cocoa this year down from over 1,000,000+ tons during Mahama's time. Bawuliar certainly turned the farmers off.
