As part of the audience that graced the 53rd graduation ceremony of the newly elevated police officers since I had a relative amongst them, I was extremely excited when the audience decided to ignore the campaign tactics of the vice president who asked that announcement be made for everyone to sit at where they were for him to come and greet us.

How many times has he traced us to our locations previously to interact with us or greet us?

When you mess up opportunities given to you as a result of the benevolence of the people that you should lead, there is the need to avoid taking the people for granted.

Defeat is staring at him and he is now desperate to portray himself as someone who is to be considered. You failed to manage the exchange rate, our accumulated debt, prices of goods and services like fuel, cement, gari, kenkey etc properly.

Kudos to the majority of the people who ignored him and left their seats to attend to their gallant relatives.
