Ghana must get more serious minded people to lead the EC, not these archaic, old-fashioned and block-headed bigots who are messing up with the entire electoral process. Imagine how they handled the process of political parties balloting for slots on the ballot paper the other time. It was such a disgrace. They have turned Ghana into a laughing stalk.
