Go to our public sector agencies under Akufo-Addo and witness for yourselfs how members of a certain tribe are treated as institutional "lepers". It is not even funny. People with proven track record of competence and experience are ostracized and novices with doubtful competences are selected to hold sensitive appointments because of their known political loyalties and being members of favoured ethnicity.
