NDC always capable of rigging, look at their number in parliament now not from real people votes but rigging
It is not true. Elections are being stolen all the time in Ghana by the EC aided by the national security by putting forieng materials into the ballot boxes. Rigging is always possible when the EC is aided by the security.

One way is tooling the BVM to reject SOME who should vote and accept SOME who should not vote.
